Benzinga Pro has a lot of different data sources.  Sometimes individual data sources may get held up by common internet or computer issues. Normally, these issues can be resolved by completing one or all of the following steps:

Note: Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer is not supported by Microsoft anymore and thus may cause trouble running Benzinga Pro. The recommended browser is Chrome.

  1. Refresh your platform.

  2. Hard Refresh the platform. PC: Hold the CTRL key and refresh the browser.
    Mac: Hold the SHIFT key and refresh the browser.

  3. Logout of your account by using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the platform, and then log back in.

  4. Reboot your PC.

  5. Reboot your router.

  6. Clear you browsers local storage, cookies, or cache.

  7. Temporarily disable Anti-virus or ad-blocking software/extensions to determine if those are causing an issue and require whitelisting.
