Benzinga Pro has a lot of different data sources. Sometimes individual data sources may get held up by common internet or computer issues. Normally, these issues can be resolved by completing one or all of the following steps:
Note: The recommended browser is Chrome, however, BZ Pro should work in any browser.
Refresh your platform.
Hard Refresh the platform. PC: Hold the CTRL key and refresh the browser.
Mac: Hold the SHIFT key and refresh the browser.
Log out of your account by using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the platform, and then log back in.
Reboot your PC.
Reboot your router.
Temporarily disable Anti-virus or ad-blocking software/extensions to determine if those are causing an issue and require whitelisting.
